Over the years, I’ve worked on automating data analysis to make reporting faster, cleaner, and less repetitive. Personally, I’m not a fan of redundant work. If we’re running the same analysis over and over again, with the only difference being a few more rows of data, it’s a clear sign that the process should be automated.
We’re living in a time where AI is built into almost everything, but, fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you see it), data analysis automation doesn’t require AI. What it really needs is someone who can write clean, logical code and a solid data management process to back it up.
